Workload: 2000 forms
Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM
Payrate: (first 3 months)
If correct form is above 1900 = Rs 4/- per correct form and continue work
If correct form is above 1825 = Rs 3/- per correct form and continue work
If correct form is above 1750 = Rs 2/- per correct form and continue work
If correct form is above 1675 = Rs 1/- per correct form and continue work
If correct form is below 1675 = 50 paisa per correct form and agreement will be terminated
Payrate: (from 4th months onward)
If correct form is above 1900 = Rs 4/- per correct form and continue work
If correct form is below 1900 = 50 paisa per correct form and agreement will be terminated
Consultancy Charges: Rs 6000/- (non refundable)
